CAN I PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM THE LEGION?
Unfortunately due to current laws and regulations we cannot sell direct to customers or ship our products.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN FILLERS OR ADDITIVES?
All of our products undergo a four-panel evaluation by a certified laboratory to test for purity, potency, residual solvents, microbes, and mold. We do not use any propylene glycol, vegetables glycerin, MCT oil, diluents, fillers, or additives of any kind. Follow the steps here to find test results for your Legion of Bloom product.
Cartridge Care and Battery Questions
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY BATTERY IS CHARGED? HOW DO I KNOW WHEN IT IS DEAD?
The USB port and button will light up green. The battery button will flash red and you will no longer be able to pull vapor.
MY BATTERY IS BLINKING WHITE, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
When the battery and cartridge are twisted together too tightly, it can cause it to malfunction. Loosening the connection just a bit will resolve the issue.
I'M UNABLE TO INHALE ANY VAPOR, IS MY BATTERY/CARTRIDGE BROKEN?
Make sure your battery is charged and turned on by clicking the button 5 times. If the battery is charged and turned on but still malfunctioning, it could be a clogged cartridge. Try the preheat function (double click) on the highest heat setting (red) and take a couple really hard pulls. If you continue to have issue please do not hesitate to reach out to us or return the cartridge to the original place of purchase. CONTACT US.
I THINK MY CARTRIDGE IS CLOGGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Try the preheat function (double click) and take a couple really hard pulls. Also try setting your battery onto the highest heat seating.
