DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN FILLERS OR ADDITIVES?
At The Legion of Bloom, we think purity matters. That's why our products do not contain propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, MCT oil, diluents, fillers, or additives of any kind. Cartridge Care and Battery Questions

 

HOW DO I OPERATE MY BATTERY?
To turn your battery on or off: press button 5 times.

Your battery has 3 unique heat settings:
Green- Low
Blue- Medium
Red- High
To change heat settings: press button 3 times.
The Legion of Bloom recommends the green setting for optimal flavor.

To use your pen, hold down the button on the battery as you inhale.
Your battery allows you to inhale for 10 seconds. As you inhale, the button will light up either Green, Blue, or Red depending on which heat setting you've chosen.

Your battery is also equipped with a preheat function. This function is a great way to get a larger vapor plume while using the Green heat setting. It's also a useful way to unclog your cartridge if you encounter any issues. 
To initiate the "preheat" function: press the button 2 times.

When your battery is dead, the button will flash red and you will be unable to pull any vapor.

We recommend charging your battery using your laptop, computer, or a cellphone charging point. You will know your battery is charged when the button lights up green. A full charge generally takes 45 minutes to 1 hour.
 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY BATTERY IS CHARGED? HOW DO I KNOW WHEN IT IS DEAD?
When your battery is dead, the button will flash red and you will be unable to pull any vapor.

When your battery is fully charged, the button will light up green.

MY BATTERY IS BLINKING WHITE, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
When your battery and cartridge are twisted together too tightly, it can cause your battery to malfunction. Loosening the connection slightly will resolve this issue.

I'M UNABLE TO INHALE ANY VAPOR, IS MY BATTERY/CARTRIDGE BROKEN?
Click the button 5 times to make sure than your battery is charged and turned on. If your battery is charged and turned on but still malfunctioning, your cartridge may be clogged. Set your battery to the highest heat setting (Red), and then double click to use the preheat function and take two very hard pulls. If you're still having issues, don't hesitate to CONTACT US or return the cartridge to the original place of purchase.

I THINK MY CARTRIDGE IS CLOGGED. WHAT DO I DO?
If you think your cartridge is clogged, try using the preheat function. Just double click and take two or three really hard pulls. The Legion recommends using the highest seat setting.
